First, you will have to stand straight, and then, you need to hold two dumbbells in each hand. Your palms should be faced toward your body and it should touch the quads. Now, you will have to pull your elbows upward and thus, lift the dumbbells up to your chest. Then, you need to reverse the movement in order to get back to the neutral position. Banded Pull Apart

Do you want a strong shoulder? Then, this exercise will be ideal for you. First, you need to stand straight keeping your feet a little wider. After that, you will have to extend your arms in front of your body and then, you will have to raise your arms up to your shoulder height. Now, you need a resistance band; you need to hold it with both your hands. The palms should be faced towards the floor. Now, pull the resistance band as much as possible and then, return to the starting position. You need to do this step slowly and this is how you will complete one rep. You need to do three sets and each set should consist of 10 reps.
