Sloppy Joe Recipe for 96 People 

Ingredients: 

  • 96 burger buns.
  • 15 pounds of beef. 
  • 5-6 medium chopped onion.
  • 1 gallon on ketchup. 
  • Half cup brown sugar.
  • ¾ cup Worcestershire sauce.
  • Half cup mustard.
  • ¼ cup white vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce.

Preparation

Cook the beef meat with all the ingredients, adding the sauces in the end. Layer the buns with mustard and ketchup and prepare your sloppy Joes and distribute. 

Hash Brown Casserole for 12 People

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds sausage 
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can of chicken soup 
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 French onion dip 
  • 1 cup chopped onion 
  • ¼ cup bell pepper 
  • Salt and pepper according to the taste
  • 1 packet of frozen hash brown potatoes (shredded)

Preparation

Cook the sausages on medium heat. Toss in the cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, French onion dip, chopped onions and bell peppers of your choice. Adjust the taste of salt and pepper and mix well.

Take a baking dish and grease it with oil. Layer the first layer with ½ shredded hash brown potatoes and then add the next layer of sausage mixture. Then add the layer of hash browns again and repeat with the layer of sausages. Do until both the layers are complete, and there is nothing left. Bake at 250 degrees for an hour and serve with scrambled eggs. You can increase the quantity of the ingredients for more people.
